Sheau Lih completed her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she conducted research under Dr. Hilary Evans Cameron on credibility determinations in refugee hearings. She also participated in multiple social justice initiatives, including the Community & Legal Aid Services Programme and the Disability Law Intensive Program at ARCH Disability Law Centre. She completed her articles at a boutique immigration and refugee law firm in Toronto. Since being called to the bar in 2018, Sheau Lih has practiced exclusively in the field of immigration and refugee law and has represented clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court.
Prior to law school, Sheau Lih earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from the University of Waterloo in Canadian history.
