She has appeared successfully before the Federal Court of Canada and several divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, including the Refugee Protection Division, Refugee Appeal Division, and Immigration Division. As an immigrant herself, Giselle understands the life-changing impact of the immigration process. Her personal experience informs her compassionate, client-centred approach and reinforces her commitment to helping individuals and families navigate Canada's immigration system with confidence. She is dedicated to delivering thoughtful legal representation and guiding clients through every stage of their immigration journey.
